Refund policy

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your purchased item, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 
All items returned to Ultimate Cycles are at the risk of the sender and we would highly recommend sending all items back via registered post.

If your return is accepted, the buyer is responsible for all costs associated with the return of the goods. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. It will be at the sole discression of Ultimate Cycles whether the refund will be in the form of a store credit or refund of funds.
Please note in some cases a restocking fee of 15% may apply to returned goods that are deamed "Change of mind" A restocking fee does not apply to any returned items that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, or doesn't match its description

Definition of terms

"Change of mind refund" refers to a refund requested by a customer simply because they've changed their mind or no longer want the product, not due to a fault or issue with the product itself.

"Faulty" refers to an item purchaced that is unsafe, defective, not fit for purpose, not as described, or otherwise doesn't meet acceptable quality standards

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt of goods, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Price and / or description changes

All prices, pictures, and descriptions on the Website are subject to change. When you place your order with us, you agree to the price and terms indicated on the Website at the time of order.  Please contact us within 30 days of the date of your order regarding price or promotion discrepancies. Subject to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, after 30 days from the date of your order, we are unable to offer refunds, credits or corrections to your order and price differences related to future or past prices in our store or any other store are not refundable.

Bikes are subject to technical modification without notice. Errors and omissions excepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as partially used goods, perishable items (such as food), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. 

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards unless the items are deemed faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days, less any applicable fees such as bank charges, or shipping. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund, too.
