Despite the use of a robust bike bag, transporting bicycles carries inherent risks. Ultimate Cycles disclaims any responsibility for damage sustained to bikes while they are being transported in our bike bags.

Bag Pick up/Drop Off is from our store in Bendigo. We do not ship or deliver bike bags.

Our hire bags can be collected from our store from 9am on the first day of your hire period and returned no later than 4:45pm on the final day of your booking (Weekdays) and 12:45pm (Saturdays)
