Pure Electrolyte Hydration 500G

PURE Electrolyte Hydration is a premium natural isotonic electrolyte drink base using real freeze dried fruit, carbohydrates and electrolytes. It is best used during exercising periods over one hour or high-intensity exercise sessions.

How to take:

Directions:

1. Add one level scoop (included) of powder for every 250ml of water and mix well.
2. Consume within 12 hours of mixing.

Recommended Use:

• 500ml – 750ml per hour during extended exercise.
